In order to play in AJGA tournaments you must be a member. If you are not a member, you may join AJGA by printing out this form, filling it out, and arriving at a tournament 1 hour early. Any questions can be answered contacting, the AJGA president, Roger Baca.(907)357-0864

To sign up for tournaments print out this form, and fill it out; if time allows mail it to the address provided, or it can be turned in at Full Swing Golf, or before a tournament.
